Te Waimana Medical Centre
opened its doors for operation on 6 August 2016.

It is the second Tūhoe Medical Centre to be established and is managed by Te Waimana Kaaku Tibal
in conjunction with the Tāneatua Medical Centre.
Based at Waimana School, the Centre currently delivers a General Practitioner Service and a Nurse Led Clinic.

A wider approach to health care is to come,
working alongside other health providers in
health promotion and education,
in particular, focusing on areas of health relevant to our whānau.
